Apricot, Banana & Spirulina Smoothie

apricot banana spirulina smoothie

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups Sanitarium So Good Lite 0r low-fat dairy milk
  • 8 apricot halves (canned or fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150g pottle low-fat fruit yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
