
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Sanitarium So Good Lite 0r low-fat dairy milk
- 8 apricot halves (canned or fresh)
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 150g pottle low-fat fruit yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
