Apricot, Banana & Spirulina Smoothie
Ingredients: 2 cups Sanitarium So Good Lite 0r low-fat dairy milk 8 apricot halves (canned or fresh) 1 banana 1 kiwifruit 1 tablespoon honey 150g pottle low-fat fruit yoghurt 1 teaspoon spirulina powder Instructions: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
