
Ingredients:
- 3 cups puffed whole grain cereal
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit (sulfite free)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew etc.)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 cup pure agave
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line metal baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix cereal, walnuts, dates, raisins and other dried fruits in medium bowl.
- Combine nut butter, honey, and maple syrup in small saucepan. Heat at a low temperature until all ingredients are syrup like.
- Pour nut butter mixture over cereal mixture in bowl; stir to blend.
- Transfer mixture to prepared pan; press to compact.
- Bake until just golden around edges, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Cut into 2 1/2×1 1/2-inch bars.
