a goji morning

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Tibetan Goji Berries (soak over night optional)
  • 1/2 cup of low fat peach yogurt
  • 1 tbs of flaxseed oil
  • 1 tbs of safflower oil, pinch of cinnamon.

Instructions

Blend for 2 minutes, and enjoy
